“After a few weeks of slowly introducing the liquid feed, the main thing I noticed was ration consistency. The manure is the same throughout the entire herd. This means one thing, a consistent mix.
Sorting has reduced, instead of the cows pushing the feed around they eat from the outside of the pile in. We have also seen an increase in peak milk”.
